Lighted Oriental Picture

This is a metal framed, reverse painted on glass, oriental picture. There is a light at both the bottom and the top. A 3 way switch alllows for either the top, bottom, or both lights to be turned on. It is hard to see in this picture but this lamp/picture does created a great effect when lighted. Measures 12 1/4 X 14 3/4"
